Factory OEM rear Cargo Cover! These will fit all 1994-1997 Honda Accord Wagons!  The color is brown. The cargo cover does have some dents and stains on the cover. Does have some peeling on the cover ends (as pictured) still usable and will function as it should. Still holds as it should and does not effect the cover in any way. Cover pulls out and retracts as it should. Rare find.
